Ordering
How do I place an order?
Add items to the cart, then check out. If you’re unsure about fitment, please contact us with the OEM part number and your vehicle details before ordering.
Can I order a part not listed in your catalogue?
Possibly. Many discontinued classic parts can be sourced or reproduced by our specialist manufacturing partner. Send us the part number, vehicle details and a photo if you have one, and we’ll come back to you with availability and pricing.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to the UK, EU, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East and the APAC region via UPS. See our Shipping Policy for region-specific delivery estimates.
Fitment
How do I confirm a part will fit my vehicle?
Cross-check the OEM part number listed in the product title and description against your original component or your vehicle’s parts catalogue. If you’re unsure, contact us before ordering with your VIN and we’ll help confirm.
Are your parts OEM or reproduction?
Our parts are aftermarket reproductions made to order by our specialist Polish manufacturing workshop. They are produced to fit the original vehicle but are not supplied by the original equipment manufacturer.
What if the part doesn’t fit my vehicle?
If we’ve supplied the wrong part, or if the part is defective, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy for the full process and timeframes.
Shipping & lead times
How long does production take?
Most parts are produced on demand with a 3 to 14 day production lead time before dispatch. We’ll email you a tracking link once your order ships.
What are typical delivery times?
UK and EU: approximately 4 business days after dispatch. US and Canada: approximately 8 business days. APAC: approximately 12 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Do I have to pay customs duties?
Orders shipped outside the UK and EU may be subject to import duties and taxes payable at the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility — please consult your local customs authority for rates.
Returns & refunds
What is your return window?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. For orders shipped into the European Union, the EU 14-day cooling-off period applies in addition to our standard return window.
Are made-to-order parts returnable?
Made-to-order parts are not returnable for change of mind once production has started, unless they are defective or supplied incorrectly. If we accept a non-defective made-to-order return, a 10% restocking fee applies. Please confirm fitment with us before ordering to avoid this.
How do I start a return?
Email info@mseco-ltd.com with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll reply within one working day with the return address, a shipping label where applicable, and instructions.
Trade & partners
Do you offer trade pricing?
Yes — we work with restoration workshops, classic car dealers and car clubs. Trade accounts get discounted pricing and priority fulfilment. Contact us with a short description of your business to discuss.
Account & data
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account makes future orders faster and gives you order history.
How do you protect my data?
We process personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. Payment information is handled by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.
