CarPartClassicX is a trading name of MSECO LTD (Companies House registration 15473463), a UK private limited company with registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. These Terms of Service govern your use of this online store and our services. By using the services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Access and account

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Our products

CarPartClassicX is a curated catalogue of reproduction classic car parts. Manufacturing is performed by our specialist Polish manufacturing partner. We make every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products. Colours and product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen. We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product purchased will be identical to the images shown. All descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product, limit quantities, or restrict sales to particular regions on a case-by-case basis.

3. Orders

When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and have received your payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order is accepted, particularly for made-to-order parts.

4. Prices and billing

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include shipping, customs or import charges, which are payable by you at the destination country where applicable.

5. Shipping and delivery

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. All delivery times are estimates. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer where applicable.

6. Intellectual property and trademark notice

Our services, including all text, displays, images, graphics and product photos, are owned by MSECO LTD or its licensors and are protected by United Kingdom and foreign copyright laws. These Terms permit you to use the services for personal, non-commercial use only. Trademarks of vehicle marques (Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar, Porsche, BMW, Volkswagen, Audi, Land Rover, etc.) referenced in product titles and descriptions are used solely for the descriptive purpose of identifying fitment. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the trademark owners.

7. Errors, inaccuracies and omissions

Occasionally there may be information that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order. We will refund in full any amount charged for an order we cannot fulfil.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated, the services and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without representations or warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that your use of the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Your statutory rights as a consumer under UK and EU law are not affected.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no case shall MSECO LTD, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. You and MSECO LTD consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales for any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms.
