Where we ship from

All orders are dispatched from our manufacturing partner's logistics centre in Poland.

Production lead time

Most parts are produced and finished on demand. A typical production lead time of 3–6 business days applies before dispatch, unless we have your part already in stock. Orders are usually dispatched on Tuesdays and Fridays. We will email you a tracking link once your order ships.

Delivery estimates

The following average delivery times have been observed via UPS once an order has been dispatched. These are estimates, not guarantees.

  • United Kingdom: approximately 4 business days
  • European Union: approximately 4 business days
  • Nordics: approximately 6 business days
  • Middle East: approximately 6 business days
  • United States and Canada: approximately 8 business days
  • Australia and New Zealand: approximately 10–12 business days
  • APAC: approximately 12 business days

Free shipping threshold

Free shipping is available worldwide on orders over £99. Orders below this threshold are charged at the following standard rates: United Kingdom £9.99; European Union £9.99; United States and Canada £14.99; rest of world £14.99. Rates are calculated at checkout.

Customs duties and import taxes

Shipments outside the United Kingdom and European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are payable by the customer. We have no control over the charges and we are unable to predict them. Please consult your local customs authority for rates.

Lost or stolen shipments

We strongly recommend that you ship to a reliable address. CarPartClassicX is not responsible for orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing at the address. If a tracked shipment shows as in transit beyond the expected delivery window, contact us at sales@carpartclassicx.com and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

Order changes

If you need to change a shipping address, please contact us within 4 hours of placing the order. After this window, particularly for made-to-order parts, we may not be able to redirect the shipment.
